Please review these terms of service carefully before applying to Authentic Studios or partnering with our agency.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and submitting an application, you enter into a binding agreement to abide by these Terms of Service. You must be legally 18 years of age or older in your jurisdiction to apply.

2. Application and Onboarding

Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic representation. Authentic Studios strictly reserves the right to accept or decline applicants based on our internal review metrics. Accepted creators will sign a secondary, formalized Management Agreement outlining exact revenue splits and obligations.

3. Code of Conduct

Creators represented by our agency must adhere to the community guidelines of our partner platforms. Producing illegal content, participating in severe financial chargeback fraud, or violating copyright regulations will result in immediate termination of the agency contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

Authentic Studios is not liable for structural changes, algorithm updates, or account suspensions actioned externally by third-party platforms. We dedicate our experience and resources to mitigate these risks, but platform decisions are ultimately beyond our control.
